Rüsselsheim. Models with especially low CO2 emissions tend to have weak to medium-powered engines. Opel is taking a different approach – with powerful ecoFLEX models.
Rüsselsheim/Detroit. An Opel HydroGen4 fuel cell demonstration vehicle covered the two millionth mile of GM's global fuel cell market test fleet. GM and Opel have accumulated more miles with their fuel cell passenger car fleet than any other auto manufacturer.

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Adam Opel AG elected Karl-Friedrich Stracke as the new head of the company. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), he will be responsible for the worldwide business operations of Opel/Vauxhall.
