With the biggest load volumes, heaviest load capacity and longest load lengths in class, together with special loading features, the new Opel Combo makes light work of heavy duties.
The Opel Combo van offers the newly developed and highly innovative Bi-Link independent rear suspension. This delivers optimum comfort and road holding under all load conditions, while simultaneously reducing the overall system size and intrusion into the load area. Because the components are modular the rear suspension can be adjusted to the characteristics and intended use of the vehicle.
For example, for the 1,000 kg version, with increased class leading payload, the suspension has been modified, allowing a maximum permitted rear axle weight of up to 1,450 kg.
Access is as important as space. With extra wide rear and single or double side doors and a conveniently low 54.5 cm rear load height this is also at the forefront of this class.
Need to load longer items? An optional upward opening flap built into the rear of the roof of the new Opel Combo short wheelbase enables the secure transport of longer loads such as ladders, pipes etc.
You need extra length and more load volume? The optional fold & tumble front passenger seat frees up useful, quickly accessed extra load space, and a load length of 3,400 mm (L2).
